A booking request submitted through our website is a request for transportation services and is not automatically a confirmed reservation. All requests are subject to availability.

2. Confirmation and Pricing

Final availability and pricing are confirmed directly by Honk Limousine Service. We will contact you following your request to confirm details and arrange payment.

3. SMS Communications

By explicitly opting in to SMS communications on our booking form, you agree to receive transactional and service-related notifications regarding your reservations.

SMS notifications are strictly transactional and for customer service purposes.
SMS consent is optional and is not required to use our services.

You may opt out at any time by replying STOP.

4. Cancellations

Free cancellation is available up to 24 hours before your scheduled pickup. Cancellations within 24 hours may be subject to a fee. Please contact us immediately if you need to modify or cancel your reservation.

5. Liability

Honk Limousine Service is not liable for delays caused by circumstances beyond our control, including severe weather, road closures, traffic, or mechanical breakdowns.
